Machu Picchu Historical Sanctuary

Machu Picchu, which was included in the World Heritage List in 1983, is located in the cloud forest of the Vilcabamba mountain range.

The nearby neat terraces highlight the harmony between humans and nature. The most famous is the Temple of the Sun, where a ceremony is held every year during the winter solstice.

Colca Valley and Canyon

Manu National Park
